The system connects approved AI models, company data, and applications including Outlook, Webex, Jira, and SharePoint, and lets an employee describe a goal while the system coordinates the steps. Cisco reports that use of AI assistants in Circuit grew nearly 350% quarter over quarter. For buyers, this raises a practical question: which parts of the AI system can remain easy to switch, and which need a durable contract, reserved capacity, or a second source? Reuters
Headline — Reuters Tencent released a preview of Hy4, an open-source model aimed at software engineering, research, and financial analysis.
Reuters reports that the mixture-of-experts model has 770 billion total parameters, with about 49 billion active for a given request, and that Tencent plans to integrate it with CodeBuddy and WorkBuddy. Tencent also cautioned that the early release can take longer than needed on complex questions and can over-verify answers. QBE said AI is a risk amplifier rather than a fundamentally new cyber risk, while targeted coverage is emerging for model underperformance, hallucinations, and intellectual-property infringement. This creates richer real-time signals for applications and AI assistants. That makes switching easier at the model layer while making the surrounding company data, access rules, and testing layer more valuable. The most consequential shift is the normalization of supervised AI execution across the enterprise, not another model release. The broken assumption is that the hard part is finding a capable model. The forced decision is whether to build the control, data, who or what is allowed to use each system, and measurement layer that lets the business delegate work without delegating accountability.
The contrarian question: If your agents can act across systems today, why is your AI effort still funded as a collection of software subscriptions instead of as a redesign of the company?
